Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning

• Design, deliver, and assess postgraduate-level modules in Management Communication.
• Engage students in effective communication strategies for leadership, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and organizational contexts.
• Contribute to the continuous development and innovation of the MBA curriculum.
• Incorporate contemporary pedagogical approaches, including case studies, experiential learning, and digital tools.
• Ensure teaching reflects current trends in management communication and business practice.

Research and Scholarship (optional for part-time positions, but welcomed)

• Maintain an active interest in research or professional practice in communication, management, or related areas.
• Contribute to applied research, knowledge exchange, or industry engagement aligned with the MBA program’s objectives.
